Job Overview:

SCATR Corp is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Commercial Sales to lead our commercial sales efforts and drive the expansion of SCATR’s Data Camouflage solutions within enterprise markets. The Director of Commercial Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy, managing the commercial sales team, and building strong relationships with key enterprise clients. This role requires a deep understanding of complex technology solutions, experience in enterprise sales, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the commercial sector, targeting large enterprises across industries such as finance, healthcare, telecommunications, and more.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing commercial sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target enterprises to position SCATR as a preferred partner for data security solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Define sales goals, forecasts, and performance metrics, while aligning the commercial sales strategy with SCATR’s overall business objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging markets, guiding the team’s focus on sectors that can benefit from SCATR’s Data Camouflage technology.
  • Solution Selling: Lead the team in delivering a consultative, solution-based sales approach, ensuring SCATR’s technology aligns with the unique needs of each enterprise customer.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product evolution and to tailor messaging that resonates with the commercial market.
  • Negotiations and Contracts: Oversee contract negotiations with large enterprise clients, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnership agreements.
  • Sales Operations: Establish and refine sales processes, tools, and reporting systems to ensure optimal sales performance and efficiency.
  • Client Success: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding, satisfaction, and retention of key commercial accounts.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise sales, with experience selling complex technology solutions to large organizations.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a commercial sales team to achieve high performance and growth.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity technologies, particularly data security, obfuscation, and Zero Trust Architecture.
  • Relationship Building: Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and enterprise customers.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align sales initiatives with broader business goals, while adapting to changing market conditions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling security or data-focused solutions to large enterprises across industries such as finance, healthcare, energy, and technology.
  • Familiarity with enterprise compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Experience with scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
