WHAT YO WILL ACCOMPLISH

- Management of employee data
- Reviewing timesheets for accuracy
- Computing wages
- Ensuring employees are paid correctly and timely
- Reviewing PAF’s (Personnel Action Forms) for accuracy/completeness
- Oversees the annual compensation review process in payroll system
- Reviews payroll deductions for accuracy
- Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures
- Reviews payroll to ensure accuracy
- Works with Human Recourses to maintain harmony among workers and to resolve grievances
- Adjusts errors as needed
- Must have ability to show up on time and ready to work scheduled shifts
