The Project Architect with 10 or more years of experience provides important experience and responsibility to a project team. They are experienced specialists with a single passion to help others get unblocked on technical topics. They don’t manage a team and are often a strategic resource to the entire firm. The Project Architect is the in-house, subject matter expert for architectural detailing, assemblies, code compliance and solving complex challenges.
As an experienced Project Architect, you will be an integral, full-time team member in our Architectural group as you:

Maintain a strong interest in solving problems through collaborative design and systems thinking,

Plan and develop or adapt prototypical architectural projects with varying degrees of complexity both individually and as part of a team,

Multi-task, establish priorities, and effectively communicate with team members, clients, and consultants as needed,

Use strong technical proficiency in detailing, with a good understanding of building and accessibility codes,

Ensure a high standard of excellence regarding the constructability of architectural sets with reviews throughout the phases of design and construction.

Show knowledge and experience in all phases of a project, from kick off to construction administration,

Maintain an interest in client management and ability to balance the needs of multiple project stakeholders.
