• Answer phone calls and direct visitors as needed.
• Assist the Office Manager with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Manager and Office Manager.
• Complete assigned tasks from Human Resources.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
• Conduct a weekly vehicle check, including collecting Purple Mileage and inspection papers.
• Input HPC Mileage into BID for billing using spreadsheet data.
• Assist with bus duty/bus aide responsibilities as required.
• Support managers and supervisors with administrative tasks.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and training requirements.
• Uphold and apply Trauma Responsive Care Practices.
