Job Summary: 

The Corporate Services Clerk ensures smooth office operations and supports individual A-Teamers by taking ownership of assigned office supplies and organization duties. This is a full-time role working in-office Tuesday – Thursday and at home on Mondays and Fridays as needed. Incumbent must also be available for some night events on occasion. 

 

Description of Responsibilities: 

  • Maintains kitchen and copy room supplies 

  • Set up new employee workspace and equipment before their first day of employment 

  • Prepare all needed Remote Workstation peripherals; deliver to new employee on their first day with the company 

  • Update posted notices around the office in corridors, kitchens, elevators 

  • Assist with event set-up and tear-down (primarily lunch-time events) 

  • Retrieve mail/packages from security desk and deliver to recipients along with any additional postal management 

  • Set up and clean-up of lunch-and-learn sessions  

  • Copying and filing as assigned 

  • Printer and Security Badge management 

  • Conference room management (maintain clocks, markers, erasers, and other supplies) 

  • Receive incoming phone calls to company main phone number 

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Qualifications / Education requirements specific to this role: 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required 

  • Demonstrated organizational skills 

  • Proactive problem solving in a timely manner 

  • Flexible approach and able to work under pressure with a can - do attitude and a desire to win 

  • Possess good interpersonal skills with excellent English communication skills 

 

Software: 

  • Proficiency in core MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  

  • Comfortable working in MS Teams 

 

Working Conditions:  

  • Work is primarily conducted in an office environment  

  • This role does not require travel.  

 

Physical Requirements (With or without Reasonable Accommodation):  

  • Able to lift and carry up to twenty (20) pounds. 

  • Able to walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time. 

  • Dexterity and strength to push/pull a loaded cart (up to 100 lbs)  

  • Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities which permits employee to communicate effectively. 

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. 

  • Ability to crawl under desks to hook up computer equipment and cables. 

  • Sufficient vision or other powers of observation which permits employee to conduct analysis and facility management investigations 

  • Sufficient manual dexterity which permits the employee to perform routine office duties. 

  • Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes to perform office duties and local travel when necessary, to off-site locations.  

  • Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
