Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA or Enrolled Agent
- 3+ years of income tax preparation and review experience for high-net-worth individuals
- Proficient with Proseries, BNA Income Tax Planner, QuickBooks, online tax research software and Microsoft Office
- Advanced analytical and tax technical skills
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage workflow, multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work weekends during “busy” season
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – you must clearly communicate with the internal team at all levels and with clients
- Be a strong team player, providing superior service for all that we do, taking complete ownership of even the smallest task
- Must accept and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
