Sales and Catering is responsible for the administrative aspects of the Sales and Catering Department, such as producing weeklies, dailies and post as sheets, detailing events, collecting final numbers, handling the finalization of all conference center events. Maintains property sales and catering objectives, plans, and programs with the goal of maximizing processes for Eastland Suites and Tentac Enterprises while achieving superior service.
