Job Summary: The Federal Work-Study Student Assistant for Men's Lacrosse provides critical support to the coaching staff and enhances the operational efficiency of the lacrosse program. This role is suitable for students interested in sports management, athletic administration, and the dynamics of a collegiate sports team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily team operations, including preparing for practices and games.
- Manage and maintain equipment, ensuring all gear is organized and in optimal condition.
- Help coordinate travel logistics for away games, including transportation and accommodations.
- Support the execution of team events, including fundraising and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain and update team records, statistics, and player files.
- Assist with the recruitment processes by coordinating visits and maintaining communication with prospective student-athletes.
- Ensure compliance with NCAA and university regulations in all activities.
