Job Summary: The Federal Work-Study Student Assistant for the Baseball team will provide essential support to the coaching staff and contribute to the smooth operation of the baseball program. This role is perfect for students with a passion for baseball who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in sports management and athletic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily team operations, including setting up equipment for practices and games.
- Manage inventory and maintenance of sports equipment and uniforms.
- Support the coordination of travel and logistics for team events and away games.
- Help organize and archive digital and physical team records, including game statistics and player information.
- Engage in planning and execution of team events, fundraising activities, and community outreach.
- Provide support during recruitment efforts, including organizing materials and communicating with prospective student-athletes.
- Ensure all activities adhere to university and NCAA regulations.
