Job Summary: As a Federal Work-Study Student Assistant for the Men's Soccer team, you will support the coaching staff and team operations. This position is ideal for students seeking to gain experience in sports management, coaching, and athletic administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the coaching staff in daily operations including practice preparation and equipment management.
- Support the coordination of travel arrangements and logistics for away games.
- Help in organizing and maintaining sports facilities and equipment.
- Engage in data entry and management of team statistics and player records.
- Participate in the planning and execution of team events and fundraisers.
- Assist with the recruitment processes by managing communications and visit logistics for prospective athletes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality of athlete information at all times.
