Successful candidates will possess:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related
experience
Experience teaching or coaching lacrosse; previous competitive lacrosse
playing/coaching required
Proven ability to exemplify the highest standard of leadership, sportsmanship,
and respect
Knowledge of appropriate safety measures to ensure the well-being of
student-athletes
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to effectively
manage relationships with administrators, student-athletes, and parents
Ability to attend all team practices and games
PA Child Abuse History Certification, PA State Criminal Record Check, and FBI
Fingerprints are required and must be less than one year old
Must possess or obtain prior to start of season current First Aid and CPR
certification
