Description

Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting to our customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves inbound calling, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.

Duties

  • Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about products and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client services and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of client information

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications is preferred
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
