Customer & Passenger Service Staff (Bilingual - English and Spanish)

Aviation related, paid training, no experience needed.

• Greet passengers and provide necessary travel and gate information.
• Verify passenger documentation.
• Provides assistance with passenger check-in and baggage.
• Issue boarding passes and print luggage tags.
• Assist passengers as needed through arrival processes including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors (UM), VIP passengers, passengers needing assistance and direct passengers through Customs and Immigration.
• Resolve their issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
