Qualifications
- Prior experience in error management, problem solving, or data analysis preferred
- Some domestic and global travel (<10%) may be required to support Shire’s current and emerging global footprint
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies
- 3+ years’ experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping and/or project management required
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
- Ability to initiate, plan, and complete high-volume projects while working under tight timelines
- Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation.
- FQHC experience preferred.
