Description

Actively promotes a work environment within the Customer Service Department that consistently delivers a World Class Experience to the Lauren Concrete customer and employees.

  • Schedule daily customer requests
  • Communicate daily with the Business Operations and Sales Departments for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders
  • Process and schedule employee paid time-off requests
  • Communicate daily with plant operator regarding scheduling requirements
  • Process daily schedules in online scheduling system

Other Functions

  • Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concretes mission statement and core values
  • Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others
  • Performs all other related duties, as assigned
