Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager:

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for teamwork and operational excellence? We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Salary starting between $70k annually. This would candidate would need the availability to work nights and weekends. 

• Plan and oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring orders are prepped, picked, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Lead and train delivery teams and warehouse pickers, fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and inspect inbound and outbound orders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to route trucks effectively and ensure smooth deliveries.
• Facilitate weekly Operations/Sales calls to align teams and drive success.
• Handle delivery team calls and assist in resolving challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Oversee triage processes, inspecting and approving product quality before it hits the racks.

EDUCATION:

• Languages: English and Spanish languages verbal and written.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous furniture warehouse management experience in a residential environment for the residential warehouse managers is highly considered.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: Forklift license, certified by AFR.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to perform complex tasks, rational thinking and numerical calculations is required.
• This job will require a high level of physical movement in a warehouse environment.
• This job will require lifting and/or moving objects up to 75 pounds, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, and being physically active for extended periods of time.
