Arcane is hiring a Director of Sales for their Petroflex location in Gainesville, TX. This position is an outside sales role and the responsibilities include: Customer outreach, sales growth, travel to customers in the field, QBR’s, prospecting, strategy setting, contract management, and collaboration with the operations and sales team on market opportunities. This team member will work closely with the sales team, operations team, and customer care/quoting teams. They will report to the Vice President – Extrusion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBIITIES:
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, end users/owners and engineering firms.
• Work with independent rep groups to synergize efforts and align strategically.
• Utilize Salesforce.com or comparable CRM to maintain current account contracts, account planning, project tracking, and forecasting.
• Provide feedback on competition, market trends and pricing levels and identify products or solutions to expand our portfolio to deliver more value to your customers.
• Engage with the team on weekly sales calls and business planning sessions to relay opportunities, market trends, and drive collaboration.
• Identify potential product gaps in portfolio and communicate back internally.
• Maintain and grow current book of business through prospecting and account management.
