JOB SUMMARY:
The POS Program Manager will ensure all Sales, Marketing and Retail Merchandising POS and Promo Item orders are fulfilled on time and in full to support marketing and sales directives and goals. This will be accomplished through facilitating communication, coordination between necessary parties, effective inventory management, and accurate reporting, and budget alignment.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
- Facilitate communication and coordination between 3rd party procurement, 3rd party logistics, marketing, sales and retail teams to ensure program fulfillment
- Coordinate POS / Promo Item order fulfillment and logistics
- Manage 3rd party vendor relationships
- Manage inventory and reconciliation of POS and promo items
- Track and report on Marketing POS budget
- Track and report on Sales POS budget
- Track and report on Retail POS budget
- Recap Trimester Buy Windows identifying key KPIs to drive efficiency
- Verify and approve billing and invoices
- Keep up to date budget tracking for all outlets. Fluidity and problem solving within annual budget with teammates
- Ensure Trimesterly catalogs, merchandising calendar, and other releases remain on schedule
- Other duties as assigned
