Position Summary:

goTRG is looking for a result driven, team and detail oriented, organized Associate Product Manager. A successful candidate will easily build relationships and have been part of cross functional teams that are working to solve complex problems and build products. They have a customer first approach to building products, leveraging research and data paired with empathy to build experiences that delight customers. They have an entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to translate user needs into new product development
  • Prioritize features in the product roadmap based on business strategy and market fit
  • Maintain excellent documentation of product requirements
  • Manage the product development process for new features and align between all parties from start to end
  • Facilitate user testing after features are complete
  • Preplanned, occasional travel required for user interviews and testing at several goTRG warehouse facilities across the US and Canada

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve goals and complete tasks.
  • Lead the product initiation process, developing scope of work, BPMN process diagrams, and supporting documentation.
  • Working understanding of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro, within an Agile framework.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Take full responsibility for managing the product lifecycle from prioritization to delivery and beyond.
