Your Next Great Adventure
As Customer Relations Representative you will work closely with homeowners on all customer service and warranty issues, ensuring a positive homebuying and post-closing experience. You will assist the Customer Relations Manager to determine the best course of action to respond to and resolve service requests from homeowners. The Customer Relations Rep will coordinate with homeowners and vendors to schedule and complete open ticket items in a complete and timely manner with exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Success is Built On

  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • On-site, hands-on experience in new home construction including understanding of the new home construction process.
  • Ability to understand, communicate, and comply with the divisions customer relations policies and procedures.
  • Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced, demanding work environment.
  • Adaptable to changing business practices and evolving industry challenges.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • College Degree preferred, but not required
  • 1+ years of homebuilding or warranty experience required
