Your Next Great Adventure

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Financial Operations with a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate is dedicated to driving results and enhancing the financial performance of our Regional homebuilding operations while ensuring the integrity of financial and operational controls. This role will involve supporting divisional financial analysis, contributing to strategic business planning, conducting feasibility analyses for land acquisitions, and overseeing accounting and budgeting functions. The SVP will also provide leadership and guidance to the entire financial team.

 

Qualifications

Success is Built On

  • 10+ years of experience in financial operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the homebuilding or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the homebuilding industry’s financial landscape, including land development, cost control, and revenue recognition.
  • Proven success in strategic financial planning, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in land acquisition feasibility analysis and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and ERP systems used in homebuilding or construction. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • College degree in Accounting or Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA/ CMA required).
