Basic Qualifications

Communication Skills – Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.

Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standard situations.

Computer Skills – Basic computer skills are required to read work instructions, record job data, follow work schedule, and communicate via email
Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Paperboard folding carton industry experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $16.00/hour to $18.00/hour. Pay is based on a variety of complex factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of robust medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and life insurance benefits.

Mill Rock Packaging (MRP) is a specialty packaging growth platform formed in August 2020 by Mill Rock Capital to invest in growing businesses with advanced service and product capabilities in the consumer packaging industry. MRP’s operations include production facilities in Renton, WA, Aurora, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, St Paul, Hutchinson, MN and Hartford, CT. Together, our locations provide high-end, graphic packaging to the food and beverage, personal care, cannabis, health and beauty, and other consumer end markets. Products include a diverse suite of premium, sustainable paper packaging, including single face litho laminate, folding carton, and other special effects.
