Reports to: VP of Learning & Development

Our model focuses on ensuring those with end-stage renal disease receive the best possible care through a more convenient, centralized, continuous care model.

 

Overview:

 

We are seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences, both in eLearning formats and live sessions. This role involves creating various learning materials, managing courses in the Learning Management System (LMS), and providing instructional support across the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and develop engaging and interactive learning experiences, including eLearning modules and live instructor-led training sessions.
  • Create a variety of learning materials, such as job aids, step-by-step guides, and SharePoint-based learning resources.
  • Manage and maintain courses within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all content is up to date and accessible.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback for course content and delivery.
  • Provide support in identifying training needs and developing content tailored to those needs.
  • Assist in the development of blended learning approaches to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned, supporting the overall success of the learning and development department.

 

Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in instructional design, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
  • LMS administration experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including SharePoint, with experience managing intranet sites a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  • Experience designing and developing eLearning content, utilizing modern authoring tools and learning technologies.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with an eye for detail and quality.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and technologies.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to stakeholders and learners.
