Do you want to facilitate impactful, life-changing experiences? Would you like to work with committed, hard-working, self-motivated participants (ages 21 and up)? Would you like to be part of a professional, cohesive, supportive and encouraging team environment?
The Green Shoe Foundation therapists facilitates a five-day (Monday-Friday / business hours/daytime) wellness retreat focusing on experiencing a significant transformational change grounded in a trauma-informed approach.
Therapists help raise awareness of how less-than-nurturing childhood experiences, family roles and systems are reenacted in participants’ current lives and relationships.
Training will be provided to implement this very effective recovery model with on-going clinical support and debriefing. Paperwork is minimal. The therapeutic role will be leading the Green Shoe Foundation’s intensive group counseling retreats, performing intake assessments, educational presentations and community outreach.
