Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the GPS, Crew Nav, and Lytx DriveCam systems in the PTI Fleet vehicles. This position will coordinate a staff of field technicians and be integral in maintaining reliability of each system, including general maintenance and upkeep of hardware equipment. This individual will create and communicate reports and will be a key source for providing analytical information to management.

Responsibilities:
Data Management
- Utilize Crew Fleet, Lytx online, Scalefusion, and FleetWave to maintain equipment and vehicle assignments.
- Configure and manage reports as necessary.
- Maintain detailed equipment installation and repair records.
- Process vehicle movement notifications.
- Coordinate Crew Nav application management on each tablet.
- Track Crew Nav utilization.
Hardware Service & Management
- Coordinate installation of Crew Nav and Lytx devices into new vehicles, both locally and at remote locations.
- Document repair requests and trouble tickets for Crew Nav and Lytx devices.
- Utilize Scalefusion website to troubleshoot and repair tablet issues remotely as needed.
- Coordinate with Remarketing and Fleet Departments for the planning of equipment installation in new vehicles.
- Assist with inventory management and supporting equipment needs for Cross Pointe technicians.
GPS Tech Team Coordination
- Troubleshoot reported equipment failures and work with Field Technicians and vendors to resolve issues.
- Coordinate Field Technician work schedules and assignments.
- Process Field Tech Per Diem requests.
- Facilitate admin vehicle maintenance with Fleet Department as needed.
- Coordinate shipping needs for the Field Technicians.
