- 5+ years of experience in a national or regional account management, client success, customer service, B2B sales or related role in the healthcare, healthcare services, and/or banking or loan servicing industry
- Ability to occasionally travel to client locations; local, regional, or national conferences; and to AccessOne headquarters for in-person meetings
- Experience with patient accounting and electronic medical record (EMR) software (Epic, Cerner, Siemens, Meditech, IDX, McKesson, Athena, etc.)
- Experience with patient access and financing, sales and upselling, data analytics, technology implementation (EDI and API automation processes and support), project management, and end-user training.
- Proficiency with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
