What You’ll Do
As our Sr. Analyst, FP&A you will work closely with the team to provide detailed analysis in financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and additional quantitative analysis in support of the FP&A team and divisional leaders across the organization. 

This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT.  Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.  

  • Work alongside the FP&A team in the planning and forecasting, working cross-functionally across multiple departments and business units to develop a framework of key revenue opportunities and main cost drivers required for the next 3 - 5 years.
  • Assist in the creation of detailed complex financial and analytical models to forecast and analyze revenue performance, sales and marketing efficiencies and pricing optimization.
  • Assist in various financial analyses that deliver data driven insights in a structured manner to promote business outcomes that accelerate our growth trajectory, including assisting in the monthly and quarterly close process. 
  • Validate external reporting data and analysis including earnings releases, earnings scripts, MD&A, and Q&A documents.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments on the annual budget process and quarterly reforecast process.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.             
     

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree coupled with a basic accounting proficiency required.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience including a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel modeling.
  • Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapts to a changing business environment.
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, process information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations.
  • Exemplify each of our Lovesac values, at all times, be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), goals and deadlines. 
  • Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly team connection weeks, companywide meetings, vendor visits). 
  • Must comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the Lovesac Employee Handbook and work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect at all times.
