PURPOSE:
The office staff ensures that the office is properly cleaned, stocked, and prepared according to policy, along with assisting RV guests so they have a great experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answering phone calls in a timely manner
- Taking reservations by phone & in person
- Helping guests at window with questions & checking in
- Keeping everything tidy in office.
- Checking on & cleaning (when necessary) the restrooms regularly
- Report any missing/found articles to Manager.
- Always respond in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner to guest, fellow employees. and manager. Report all guest issues and complaints to the Manager.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform special project and other responsibilities as assigned.
OTHER PERSONNEL ISSUES:
- Abide by payroll policies, procedures (timecards), Meals, and Rest Periods policy and OLS Rules of Conduct.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all RV safety and security procedures as required maintaining a secure and safe environment for Team Members as well as guest.
- Report any unusual occurrences and/or request to the Manager.
- Read and abide by all the regulations and rules of conduct stated in the Team Member Handbook. This is a non-smoking property
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: No formal education needed
Experience: Prior RV experience desirable
Skills and Abilities: Must be able to communicate in English, self-starting personality with an even disposition. Ability to meet standards of appearance. Can communicate well with the guests.
