DIRECTOR OF EXPERIENCE
As the Director of Experience (DOE), you'll design and implement programs, events, and meaningful interactions throughout the guest journey, embodying the essence of The Shelby. Through a focus on vibrant hospitality, you’ll bring the Shelby experience, vibe, and culture to life.
You will possess energy, creative prowess, and the ability to execute year-round experiences for guests and the community; by activating physical spaces, creating meaningful collaborations with local artists and adventurers, and documenting the activations at the hotel to share with the world online. In addition, you will be responsible to help execute the guest experience from check-in, stay, and check-out.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience:

Knowledge of hospitality, travel, social scenes, event planning, social media, branding, art, music, brand development, or joint marketing are all a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of or experience with social media platforms such as Later, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
