Primary mission:
A parking attendant is responsible for providing efficient and courteous parking services to customers, ensuring the orderly and safe parking of vehicles, and maintaining the cleanliness and security of the parking facility.
SCOPE OF WORK + TEAM
- Reports to the General Manager
- Supports Security Team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information on parking rates, policies, and available parking spaces.
- Compare trace reports with vehicles on site.
- Check arriving vehicles and confirm if they are house guests or arriving guests.
- Direct vehicles to available parking spaces.
- Monitor parking facilities to prevent unauthorized parking or misuse of parking spaces.
- Maintain a safe and organized parking environment.
- Report any suspicious activity to security.
- Keep the parking facility clean and free from debris.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Supervisor.
- Maintain records of daily transactions, including the number of parked vehicles and any incidents.
