Overview  

HighRes Biosolutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team and lead our program management office.  The ideal candidate will have previous program management experience and will be comfortable working with complex technical initiatives that have both hardware and software components.  This role includes management responsibilities for project managent and technical writing teams.

Responsibilities  

  • Clear identification and tracking of success criteria and validation plans for initiatives 

  • Cross organization alignment, coordination and prioritization on all aspects of complex hardware and software initiatives 

  • Tracking and reporting on initiative risks, status, blockers, and needs 

  • Management of project managers and technical writers 

  • Tracking of resource utilization, materials and interfacing with procurement/commercial/finance teams as needed  

Qualifications

Requirements  

  • B.S. degree 

  • Bring 8+ years of experience in a program manager role 

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly 

  • History of experience managing complex projects with hardware and software aspects 

  • Experience communicating status to C-level executives 

Nice to Haves 

  • Experience running a PMO office 

  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings 

  • Engineering background 

  • Experience with electromechanical and/or robotics products
