Director of Religious Services

Job Duties, but not limited to:

• Develop and oversee religious programming in each of the EHM Senior Solutions operations, including Evangelical Home - Saline and Brecon Village, working in collaboration with Activity Directors to ensure that such programming is adequate and appropriate.
• Encourage volunteer activities sponsored by churches, especially United Church of Christ congregations.
• Conduct special services from time to time as required.
• Coordinate Church Ambassador meetings and events.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong preference for affiliation with United Church of Christ
• Must be a Graduate of an Accredited Theological Seminary
• Must have Ordination or Commission to function in a ministry of Pastoral care and have received the endorsement of and be in good standing with their body of faith
• Must have knowledge and skill in dealing with spiritual dynamics of illness, loss, and death.
• Must have organizational planning skills
• Must have strong written and oral communications
• Must have self-accountability, integrity, and a commitment to professional growth and development.
