MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Understanding of the medical device industry, particularly in the perioperative environment
- Proven ability to establish relationships and execute sales by telephone and electronic communications
- Proficiency with standard business software and tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

- Strong follow-up skills.
- Proactively builds relationships and takes initiative on projects with a sense of urgency.
- Strong customer service orientation and selling skills.
- Ability to identify, seek and secure new business.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, eager to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with internal teams
- Ability to demonstrate and hold others accountable for organizational values of: Innovation, Communication, Quality, Diversity, Equity and inclusion, and Achievement.
Hiring Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 per year + 40,000 annual incentive (target incentive pay for 2024 will be prorated based on start date)
FLSA Status: Exempt

Working Conditions
Non-smoking office and telecommuting environment, using a computer, telephone and other office equipment daily. Ability to travel up to 25% to annual Expo and occasional travel to client sites as assigned; most contact is by phone.
