Health-Ade is looking for a Social Content Specialist to join our Social team. To thrive in this role, you should love to consume and create social content! You've got your finger on the online pulse and know the latest trends, video formats, and best practices. You excel at making videos, whether it's a quick TikTok trend or an educational clip. You’re organized and love building and managing a monthly content calendar. We also hope you love a good bevvy and are game to talk gut health, cause it's kinda what we are all about. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Produce, capture, and edit content including but not limited to: TikTok trends, low-lift video, UGC-style imagery, on-site branded event content, simple question-replies, retailer shopping, and behind-the-scenes.
  • Consistently ideate and create highly engaging content, ensuring it aligns with brand direction and helps fuel channel growth and engagement. 
  • Recommend and build content with the latest best practices and algorithms in mind. 
  • Manage monthly content calendar across both Health-Ade and SunSip. Building, scheduling and posting!
  • Assist on management of additional external content sources. 
  • Support social reporting efforts and summarize monthly content efforts, learnings, and opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the social landscape and industry trends to deliver best-in-class, innovative concepts into the marketplace. You don’t want to just follow trends, you want to create them. 
  • Work collaboratively with the social team and various cross-functional partners across marketing and external agencies as needed to develop creatives that align with brand goals and strategies.
  • Act as a content resource, ready to share insights and make strategic content recommendations cross-channel.
  • Other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the organic social media & content creation with a track record of driving engagement and increasing brand awareness
  • Strong content creation skills (photography, videography, editing, and writing)
  • Willing to be on-camera for branded content. 
  • Creative, innovative, outgoing personality that is always thinking outside of the box and not afraid to test and learn!
  • Experience owning content for a brand within the beverage, CPG, beauty, or like-minded space with an account size of +50K
  • Excellent project management skills, organized, and able to manage and execute an ever-evolving content calendar and workflow.
  • Strategic, proactive, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work across multiple projects and timelines: posting one month’s content, scheduling another, filming for a different one, and finally, concepting on another. 
  • Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback into content.
  • Familiarity with social reporting and scheduling tools.
  • Comfortable creating within the brand's identity and adjusting as necessary. 
  • Experience and interest in developing lo-fi social graphics and memes a plus!
  • Experience working across two brands simultaneously is a plus! 
  • The ideal candidate lives in or near Los Angeles, CA (to easily capture brand event, retailer, BTS, etc content)

 

COMPENSATION: At Health-Ade, we know our strongest assets are our people, and we recognize our total compensation package is a huge factor in how you are recognized for the impact you have on the company reaching its goals. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $70,000-$75,000 per year. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, such as market location, level of experience, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role will remain posted until filled.
