Health-Ade is looking for a Social Community & Partnerships Coordinator to join our Social team. To thrive in this role, you should be passionate about the power of community and excited by the opportunity to grow and foster both Health-Ade and SunSip’s social communities! You are always down to chat with a potential consumer or build a relationship with a like-minded brand or content creator. You're probably chronically online, and able to seamlessly weave the latest TikTok reference into conversation and social copy. We also hope you love a good bevvy and are game to talk gut health, cause it's kinda what we are all about.
What you’ll do:
- Grow and manage our digital community across various social platforms and brands, including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, creating innovative ways to keep our bubbly gang engaged.
- Manage all inbound social communications across platforms and brands, and partner with CX team to highlight or resolve any consumer questions.
- Own all outbound social communications across both Health-Ade and SunSip. Looking for ways to place the brand in timely conversations and trends and establish community connections with like-minded creators, brands, and fans.
- Support social copy and caption building, integrating brand voice, timely references, and community relatable language.
- Manage social partnerships program, developing opportunities for co-branded collabs and giveaways. Work with the influencer team to flag opportunities for influencer collabs for brand calendar.
- Partner with influencer team on seeding program, generating recommended accounts for gifting and closing the loop post-product arrival.
- Build strong relationships with influencers, tastemakers and like-minded brands to help create content opportunities.
- Own social listening efforts, collecting and reporting on consumer feedback, competitor insights, and more.
- Support social reporting efforts and summarize monthly efforts, learnings, and opportunities, crafting recommendations to optimize our performance and extend our audience
- Work collaboratively with social team and various cross-functional partners across marketing and external agencies as needed
