Help Desk Technician - Lewiston, MN

Location: Lewiston 

Hours: Primarily day hours but may work nights and/or weekends to support all facility shifts

The Team:

The position is working with Information Systems department. Our team supports network and telecommunications services for RiverSide Integrated Solutions.

The Role:

This position offers a variety of computer support, network support, and professional growth opportunities.  The individual who holds this position reports to the Information Systems Manager.

You will spend your time supporting:

• Personal computer workstation and printer hardware support
• Personal computer application software and operating system support
• Assist in supporting computerized equipment throughout the company
• Work with computer users to solve computing issues & provide technical assistance
• Participate in computer systems project implementation
• Documentation
• Other duties as required

 We are excited about you if you have:

• Competence when using Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Microsoft SQL/Access database application experience a plus but not required
• Technical college degree plus optional work experience in computer hardware, software, and network is preferred
• Telecommunication hardware/software experience a plus but not required
• Good communication skills
• Willingness and enthusiasm for learning new computer systems/applications
• Some flexibility with hours for occasional project work
