Open position in all Coegi office locations including Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, St. Louis MO, and Minneapolis, MN; Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

 

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the digital health and operations of campaigns on display, video, social, digital out-of-home, audio, connected tv and native channels. This individual is the point-person for external communication of RFPs, campaign goals, objectives and performance with Coegi’s clients. They also manage campaign workflow in conjunction with the Programmatic, Search and Social Media Departments. The Senior Account Manager will provide mentorship to part-time employees and other members of the Client Service team. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities. (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Manage a client portfolio of high touch accounts within Coegi.
  • Monitor activation and pacing of a campaign portfolio across all programmatic, search and social platforms.
  • Review status and performance of campaigns with the Account Strategy Director and client on a regular basis.
  • Respond to strategy requests or RFPs of current clients with best-in-class proposals.
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls within one business day.
  • Actively participate in training across multiple platforms.
  • Provide expertise and research to the Account Strategy Team and Business Development on new business calls and client presentations.
  • Demonstrate a subject matter expertise in their experience of digital media campaigns for clients.
  • Works closely with their assigned Account Strategy Directors to bring innovative and strategic digital marketing knowledge to clients. 
  • Demonstrates an ability to think big picture for client accounts and expresses curiosity for the client vertical
  • Superior Project management of both executional tasks and complex strategic projects related to client campaigns or on-going needs. 
  • Provides proactive communication to keep teammates informed, anticipates client requests. 
  • Strong level of account ownership, knows everything about assigned accounts and demonstrates leadership in proposed solutions for team approval, or final decision making
  • Demonstrates an understanding of cross departmental framework and responsibilities, understands operational concepts for communication to clients. 
  • Responsible for the project management associated with the client account, including setting turnaround times and meeting deadlines.
  • Promote the external marketing of Coegi by developing timely blogs, white papers and case studies.
  • Assist in training of new employees, in conjunction with Leadership.
  • Works with the Director of Client Service to improve and innovate department processes for internal and external relationships.
  • Provides mentorship opportunities to new employees within the Client Service department.
  • Maintain current and accurate time records related to all functions of agency and client work assignments.
  • Attends internal training, online conferences, seminars, travels to client locations. 

 

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience, preferably within an agency environment, with day-to-day digital campaign management, programmatic bidding or social advertising experience
  • Experience with real-time marketing, utilizing a combination of the following platforms: The Trade Desk, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  • Self-starter that takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing.
  • Familiarity and experience with trafficking 3rd party creative tags, implementing tracking pixels.
  • Familiarity and experience with both direct-response and brand marketing.
  • Must be able to multitask, be detail oriented, organized and analytical.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, degree or concentration in marketing, statistics, business or advertising preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
