Open position in all Coegi office locations including Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, St. Louis MO, and Minneapolis, MN; Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

 

The Solutions Architect provides technical support for campaign strategy, media operations and campaign measurement for Coegi clients. This role is critical to the success of individual accounts throughout the processes of onboarding, execution, and reporting. The primary function of this role is to support account teams in understanding client needs and translate the technical support requirements into an operational solution for success. This involves checking the feasibility of measurement plans and implementing those plans. This implementation process demands technical knowledge of buying and platforms managed by Coegi. The Solutions Architect will be the subject matter expert on the capabilities and limitations of our platforms and is responsible for seeing that all necessary tagging and measurement plans are executed to meet clients marketing objectives. This role is primarily a hands-on role working with the Director of Data and Technology, and Assoc. Director to own the tagging and measurement process. Additional skills may need to be learned on demand to craft a client solution. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Oversee and maintain systems for campaign activation, pacing and ongoing performance of client media across all buying platforms
  • Be the technical subject matter expert in deploying media tags, platform pixels and ad trafficking
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their specific analytics needs and develop customized solutions to address those needs
  • Troubleshooting campaign performance issues with Account Team Members
  • Support department heads with developing best-practices, and communicate SOPs as needed to ensure they are followed 
  • Actively lead training sessions on technical topics such as productivity software (i.e. Excel and Tableau), new ad technologies or data partners and proprietary systems developed by the Data & Technology Department
  • Work alongside sales and new business teams to evaluate the technical feasibility of measurement and targeting requirements
  • Contribute to the external marketing of Coegi by developing timely blogs and white papers and case studies

Qualifications

Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Must have at least 1 year of industry experience, Sr. level requires at least 3 years industry experience with an ad technology company, analytics company/team or digital agency
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and have exceptional customer service skills
  • Significant experience in implementing tracking tags for digital media campaigns
  • Deep understanding of programmatic platform capabilities and limitations
  • Detailed understanding of writing basic code such as JavaScript and HTML including conditional logic, variables, and similar concepts
  • Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel is required
  • Experience with Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics preferred
  • Ability to collaborate across departments as needed to gain alignment on operational improvements and services levels
