Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the marketing activities for the Center Phase Energy Family of Companies.  The successful candidate will be pivotal in maintaining our competitive edge by developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our goals, optimizing our social media presence, and organizing significant corporate events and conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the company’s brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence across various social media platforms in a professional manner to engage audiences and promote services.
  • Schedule and organize conferences, trade shows, and corporate events that align with business goals and enhance industry presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Center Phase Energy stays ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with business development goals and new market opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on marketing ROI and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Liaison with external PR and marketing firms to manage campaigns and public relations efforts.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration across various departments and subsidiaries to ensure consistency in corporate messaging and branding.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and refine marketing approaches based on insights.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, or a related field in lieu of a 4-year degree.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with proven experience in event planning and management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
  • Position will be remote
  • Position will require travel up to 50%

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the energy sector or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and digital analytics tools.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to innovate in response to market trends.
