Targeting Officer - 2023-3767

Lead complex, worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against high priority threats to U.S. national security. Direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7 intelligence operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms utilized to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic, operational and tactical objectives. Manage multi-organizational teams and coordinate closely with mission partners within an all-source intelligence collection and analysis construct. 

• Minimum TS SCI with polygraph
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent formal military training in addition to at least 2-4 years of full-time professional experience
• Ability to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays
• Critical thinker 
• Understanding of immediate and long-term implications of tactical decisions and how those decisions fit into the overall team objectives

Additional Qualifications

• Military experience a huge plus
• All Source analysis experience
