Description

Partner Account Liaisons (PAL) enable adoption and cultural change by being the focal point for engagement on the advancement of IC Data Services tools and methodologies, workflows, and understanding a Mission Partner's technical needs and capabilities for mission success. This "Technical PAL" role is unlike the foundational PAL role. This Technical PAL will demonstrate their ability to cut vertically across disparate technical and non-technical fields, in turn, allowing them to more fully understand the customer's needs. The qualifications and focus of such a resource are related to, but different than those of a foundational PALs, and assumes a certain degree of technical expertise, in particular - familiarity with data management technical services and offerings. In this position it is expected that there will be three primary swim lanes of effort, and they are:
 

  • Serving as a PAL conducting outreach and mission engagement activities to increase sustained adoption
  • Coaching and mentoring PALs on technical services and offerings
  • Serving as a communication conduit, at times, between Mission Partners, PALs, and client technical teams/requirements team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required OR equivalent experience
  • Five (5) plus years of IC experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in a mission component and/or IC agency in a collection, targeting, or analytical capacity
  • Demonstrated networking skills
  • Demonstrated briefing and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence are highly desired
  • Mission operations experience with one or more IC Data Services Partners highly desired
  • Agile, SAFe, or similar training/certification highly desired
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and is driven by data-centric decision making to assist their customers, partners, and stakeholders in achieving their technical objectives.
  • Experience in developing/delivering technical solutions, sales, services or program management
  • Proven technical acumen
  • Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt, and master new concepts and technologies to be able to impact customer adoption and usage
  • Energetic go-getter attitude is needed for this role

Desired Qualifications

  • Marketing or sales background is highly desired
  • BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing highly desired
  • Project Management is recommended
  • Must be proactive and not afraid to reach out and build relationships and connections
