Dhillon Healthcare Group (dba Seva Hospice, CareOne Home Health, Seva Home Health and Legacy Home Care Services) is a locally owned and operated healthcare provider with a team of compassionate professionals caring for our neighbors. We are looking for an exceptional Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our growing team. The position will be based in Salida, CA.

The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will process the organization’s bi-weekly payroll functions, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations of the organization’s employees. 

In this role the Payroll and Benefits Administrator collaborates with employees, managers, and directors regarding all payroll related issues.  This role is also responsible for the implementation, processing and maintenance of the company’s health benefits program.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient with and knowledge of payroll software and processes.
  • Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills and public relations skills.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in payroll required.
  • Experience in HRIS functionality and processing required, Paycom experience preferred
