In this dynamic role, the Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal part in shaping our company’s brand identity and driving successful marketing campaigns. We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time, benefitted, position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week, onsite at the facility. An occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate the needs of the business. There will be occasional travel.
Essential Functions
- Maintain website content to ensure consistency and relevance
- Standardize and maintain product documentation – Marketing sheets, manuals, spec sheets, etc.
- Maintain Valcom brand and product content with distributor partners
- Research and analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior
- Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to teams and provide instructions for promotion use
- Monitor and analyze metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns
- Plan and coordinate marketing efforts for trade shows, events, conferences, and meetings.
- Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed
- Coordinate and manage tasks outsourced to external vendors
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Other related duties as assigned.

- Strong communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the organization during events, product launches, demonstrations, and trade shows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate marketing metrics effectively
