Skills Required to Succeed:
- Two or more years of experience in customer service call center or dispatching
- High school diploma/GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict resolution skills
- Using effective communication with customers via phone or emailÂ
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft suite and various project management software applications
- Some knowledge of critical power systems and basic trouble shooting procedures is helpful
- Experience with shipping & logistics procedures is a plus

Compensation Range:Â
$20-23/hr
Includes on-call rotation compensation from $400 - $600!Â
