The Human Resource Director is a strategic leader responsible for the overall design, development, and execution of human resources programs for the company’s portfolio of multifamily properties. This role provides leadership and guidance across all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS, performance management, and compliance. The HR Director partners with executive leadership and property management teams to foster a high performing, engaged, and compliant workforce.

Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and multifamily property operations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and property leadership on HR matters.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance across the portfolio.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruiting strategies for all corporate and property positions, ensuring high-quality hires across all levels.
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts to support operational needs and growth objectives.
- Implement onboarding programs that promote employee engagement and compliance.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws across all properties.
- Provide guidance and oversight on employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
