As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and engaging candidates to guiding them through interviews and negotiating offers. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop creative strategies to attract talent, and ensure every candidate has a positive experience.

• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business with H.R concentration preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in HR position.
• SHRM (Society of Human Resources) certification preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare field preferred.
• Holds a specialty focus on addition to HR Generalist skills and abilities in compensation and benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
