New Hire Experience & Onboarding

Serve as the primary contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.

Send offer letters, process new hires in Paycom, and provide hiring managers with updates.

Coordinate and distribute new hire uniforms.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of I-9 verifications and employment documentation.
HR Administration & Compliance

Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring all documents are accurate and secure.

Process employment verification requests and manage unemployment claims.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Employee & Manager Support

Respond to HR-related inquiries, offering guidance on policies and procedures.

Keep department records up to date, including job descriptions and manager contact lists.

Assist in administering company policies and supporting employee relations efforts.
Culture & Engagement

Assist in planning and coordinating company outings, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.

Support recruitment efforts by helping attract and retain top talent.
