- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree and HR certification preferred).
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and business partnership.
- Deep understanding of employment laws (FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA) and compliance requirements (EEOC, OFCCP, EEO-1, VETS-100, 5500).
- Proven experience administering leave programs and advising managers at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paycom or similar preferred).

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $135,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
