- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Public Policy, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, dashboarding, or risk-based monitoring in federal or healthcare programs
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight) and data transformation tools
- Experience designing dashboards for operational insight, risk reporting, or compliance monitoring
- Understanding of privacy risk, business rule development, and enterprise-level data governance concepts
- Familiarity with structured data sets, query languages (e.g., SQL), and business rules automation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially around data interpretation and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting CMS, CCIIO, or ACA-related federal programs
- Knowledge of CMS Acceptable Risk Safeguards (ARS 5.0), IS2P2, or NIST frameworks
- Experience with Python, R, or scripting for data validation and transformation
- Familiarity with BAM methodologies or fraud/waste/abuse detection in federal oversight programs
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and translate policy into measurable analytics

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $85,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
