Overview

We serve both our internal (agents, leadership, affiliated services) and external customers (buyers, sellers, title, etc.). We are here so our Partners (agents) can be focused on their client’s real estate needs. We strive to make this the easiest place to transact real estate and we love to make our Partners look good! The role of the Assistant is designed to support specific real estate tasks which elevate Partner productivity and help maintain compliance. The Assistant is a member of the Partner’s team, and they provide uniform services to all Partners assigned to them.

Assistant Job Requirements

  1. Prepare and proof Listing Contract & associated disclosures
  2. Order O & E, covenants and Plats
  3. Prepare Purchase Contract
  4. Process New listing 
    1. MLS input
    2. Brochure/marketing orders
    3. Counter display
    4. Order measurements
    5. Order photos & videos
    6. Order yard sign and lockbox
    7. Order HOA report and documents from Association Online
    8. Communicate property information for company tour
    9. Create transaction files within internal systems
  5. Prepare Amend Extends for listings (price changes, date extensions, etc.)
  6. Order and prepare Auto Flow and other marketing material as requested, in collaboration with Head Concierge
  7. Finalize Off-the-Market/Expired/Withdrawn
  8. Close properties/files in internal and external systems
  9. Update record keeping 
  10. Ongoing CRM/database management
  11. Set up showings and create showing guides
  12. Prepare marketing campaigns as requested
  13. Real Estate Review preparation and fulfillment
  14. Help other positions in the office when needed, including front desk coverage
  15. Other duties as assigned

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technological skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Google Workspace and ability to work within multiple technical platforms

Education and Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Prior real estate experience preferred
  • Attendance at all staff meetings expected
